Hello everyone:
I just recently upgraded one of my clients from Outlook
2000 to Outlook 2003 and her journal will no longer
record any of her Word or Excel docs.
She is using Office XP and is on a Windows XP system.
I have gone in and set it to record all Office documents
but still no avail.
If anyone can solve this, you will be my personal hero.
