ThankU, ThankU, ThankU. You have saved me much headache from copying in XS, pasting to XL and importing back to XS. (XL was the only format I could use, using the "If" structure to do my calcs, as I wasn't having much luck in XS.) Whereinhell did you come up with the "Switch"? My 1300 page book "Using Access 97" by Que, with Roger Jennings, didn't even mention word one about this. Maybe now my hair will grow back again. Again, thank you.

I think I first learned about Switch() in this newsgroup, or maybe in
the Access Developers Handbook. There's A LOT of arcane features of
the program; the ADH runs to over 3000 pages and doesn't cover it all!
