Hi,
I just bought an IBM ThinkPad A31 with a 32MB ATI
Mobility Radeon 7500 video card. For the first few days,
I had no problems watching DVDs on it, but now, the image
is jerky. I have added 512MB of Crucial brand RAM to the
initial 256MB, and I generally have the laptop connected
to the net while I watch it - I don't think this would be
the cause, would it?
I generally use Win Media9 to watch the DVDs, although
there are a couple other DVD viewers set up on the
machine already.
I'm wondering if I didn't fry the video card - can I test
it somehow? Or is it just not powerful enough?
Thanks,
JD
