jerky and jumpy after a minute of capture

After finished capturing a 2 minute video clip and playing it back video
becomes jerky and jumpy a minute after playing.
Any solutions
 
What sort of video file is it?
How did you capture it?
From what to what?
With what cables?
What project settings did you use?
What are your pc specs?
