Recently deleted a file due to someone sending me an
email, saying it contained a virus and may have passed it
on unknowingly. It turned out to be a hoax....but I had
gotten rid of it before finding that out. Now, I
believe that due to this missing file. I cant log onto
certain sites. Can it be recovered......Thanks

As you have found out. JDBMGR.EXE virus is a hoax. The file is the
Microsoft Java Debugger program. You don't need it unles you are a Java
programmer. Try turning off Java Debugging in Internet Options.

I recommend, before taking action against a possible virus, to check
with a Anti-Virus Vendor such as Symantec or Mcafee to verifiy whether
or not the warning is a hoax.
