Hi there all you XP geniuses!
I've recently had a problem opening links and now can only do so by holding
down 'Control'. Is there a way of altering this so that links will
automatically open in new windows without the inconvenience of having to hold
down 'Control'?

Uncheck:  Reuse windows for launching shortcuts |
Apply | OK
