Hi all,

I'm running into an annoying problem when I access some web pages using
Internet Explorer 6.0. When I click on a button on hyperlink to listen to an
audio file, nothing happens. I see that the browser is trying to access this
location:

Address:javascript:getMedia

I'm thinking that maybe there's some security setting or some kind of
setting that I've got set up in IE that is preventing me from listening to
the audio program. Can folks help me troubleshoot this so that I can access
the audio files I'm wanting? Thanks very much.

I had the same problem and reloaded IE 6.0 and problem
went away. It is tricky to reload, as you need to follow
one of the instructions you can find on the knowledge
support page.

Thanks for these two replies!

I do have the Microsoft Java Compiler enabled, so that's not the problem.

I could use more information about how to "reload" IE 6.0. Is there a
knowledge base article or web site location you can refer me to?

Also, I do use ZoneAlarm's firewall, but the symptom is there even when I
disable and eliminate Zone Alarm.

Thank for your further help!
