Note: Versions 5.00.3809 & 5.00.3810 are Security Fixes for version 5.00.3805.
Download and Install version 5.00.3805 (full version) first before installing
the upgrade(s).
On the side you'll note there's an option for an installation check.

Java and Javascript are 2 separate items.

For Javascript,

Go to Tools | Security | Trusted Sites | Custom Level

Scroll down to Scripting

Enable all options

Select OK

Go to Sites

Add the domain names (xyz.com) of the sites that needs to run the
Javascript

Uncheck the box that says "Require server verification..."

Select OK

For Java, go to www.java.com and download the latest JRE for the desktop.
