Java pages not loading

Could anyone help me with this problem,
I go to a page and for some reason it doesnt display but
when i view the source it is all there, the problem
though it is all java script and i think that may be the
problem but i tried every thing that relates to java in
IE tools and still nothing happens.

Could someone please help me!
