Java applet not running

I am a member of a fantasy football league at
www.fanball.com. They are using a java applet to allow
users to upload .gif files for pictures. I am using XP
and IE6sp1. When try to start the upload procedure the
java applet does not start. On another computer using 2k
the applet starts just fine.

Any ideas?
