when i press shift and ' i get " and when i press shift and 2 i get
this is really annoying me because i have the use of 2 pc's and kee
forgetting which ones which, any help would be appreciated. the pc is
fujitsu siemens, cheer

Try doing a virus scan because i had this same problem once and becaus
there is a keyboard setting file in "windows/system32" file this i
where alot of virus hide and infect

Where in the world are you, stumpynut? That is the standard US
keyboard setup. If you use a different keyboard, you may have
accidentally set the keyboard to US by mistake.

This is a correct configuration for the US. Go to regional settings in
control panel and change the country IN ALL 3 TABS. That will sort you out!
