I think I have a virus on my computer, but I can't do anything about it
because this "virus" won't allow me to open any programs... whenever I try to
open a program I get a message saying that the program can't be found...
anyone know anything about this??? Or how to solve it??

the bottom won't matter if you answer no to this
question:are you doing this using shortcuts?

this probably isn't a virus. your target values may have
been modified by other sources or it could be a virus, i
don't know, it's hard to tell. you can change back ONE
target value easily (and qucikly), but by the sound of
your problem, UGH.
if you want to change them manually...
right-click on the shortcut go to (properties?)
change the target value to the path and filename that you
want it to go to.
