itunes media player

My computer crashed with itunes open and now when I try
to open the programme i get message 2this is not a valid
library file. tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no
use. Win doctor refers to missing XCOM ekys. Any advice?

Since iTunes is made by Apple you might want to contact them with your
problems.
