iTunes hangs up when adding music to library

Hi,

recently formatted my drive and re-installed everything. Since i did
this iTunes keep hanging up when i try to add music to the library.
This doesn't happen constantly but 80% off the times I try to add music
to the library it hangs up.

Is there a fix for this?

I'm sure you'll have better luck in the iTunes forums...
 
Use Winamp 5.xx and the Mlipod plugin instead.

A lot easier / better / smaller than using Itunes.

This is if you dont buy MP3's etc thru Itunes.

The Winamp plugin basically does the same as Itunes
for MP3's. It lets u copy to and from the Ipod, (from the hdd). And
vice-versa.

Only thing is, you may have to enable the ipod as a disk in Itunes, before u
kill it, and install Winamp and the Mlipod plugin.
