By day I am a Windows C/C++/.Net programmer, so I know my way around a
computer better then most. I run Windows XP Pro. My daughter has a
iPod and she sync's with iTunes on *MY* account on *MY* computer at
home. I would like to switch things over so that my daughter can log
into my computer with her windows account and sync to iTunes. Does
anyone have any thoughts on what I need to move over to do this? Is it
one or more files I need to move from my documents to hers or is it
registry entries? Any thoughts?

you have to enable disk use in the iPod preferences. Your iPod will then be
listed as a drive. Click on it. save all your music to a file. when you load
up iTunes, import that file. all your music will be there

Log on as her and load the content of her iPod into iTunes. Do what
you like with the iTunes store on your account. Ignore it or nuke it.
Check the store on her account is still there. Then carry on with
your lives.
