Start > Run > msconfig > Startup tab
If they are listed in the startup tab, then just check them again.
Note : msconfig will offer you to restart but it is not needed. You can
continue doing your work, the next time you boot everything will be fine..
If the above method fails, here are the steps you can try :
Method 1 >
Start your program and go to its options, there should be something to
configure it to start at boot. If you cant find that, search its help for
words like : load , startup , boot
Do this to all your programs...
Method 2 >
If the program lets you to repair the program that can solve this.
Method 3 >
Make a shortcut in startup folder for the program. To access startup
folder, type this in Start > Run :
%userprofile%\start Menu\Programs\Startup
If everything fails except method 3 ::::
Reinstall those programs.
