It dates a century back!!

I have installed Antispyware, it installs successfully and
while running it says

"This version of Microsoft Antispyware has expired as of
july 5, 1931"

!!! I am rather amused by this,

Could anybody explain this phenomena?

I am running windows XP with SP2 and latest patches.

First double check your Date/Time.
Do not forget Time Zone and year.

Go to Regional Settings in the Control Panel
Click Customize
Click Date tab.
Select the first item under each of the drop down menus.
Try other options if you still have the problem.

I suppose I've the same problem but just the other way
around

When started it says This version of Microsoft
Antispyware has expired as of July 31, 2005??!! Yes, it
is 2005! And that I should contact MS for updated version!
