Istalling another language for XP

Is there possible to install another language like portuguese from Brazil in
my XP? I mean not for my keyboard but for the system ? I have XP in english
but I'd like to have it in my own language so how can I do it ? Tks

You would have to purchase and clean install the full version of Portuguese
(Brazil) WINXP.

Buy the Windows XP that is in the language you prefer.
Wipe your computer.
Install the new Windows XP in the Language you prefer.
 
Purchasing XP in the language that you prefer is certainly one way to do it.
However, if you already have XP in English, and want to have a different
language set for your OS, you can download the XP Language Interface Pack for
you preferred language for free off of the web. This is probably the easiest
way to accomplish what you want to accomplish.
