Hello,

I have a rather odd situation. I purchased a new
computer and used PC Relocator software to move over my
programs. FP would not work, so I removed it and when I
try to reinstall, it brings up the error saying that the
system administrator has set policies...etc. I tried run
as using the Administrator account, no succes. I then
disabled all accounts except the Admin, logged in as the
Admin and it gave me the same error. I can install other
programs just fine, even tried a friends copy of OfficeXP
FrontPage only, and that installed fine. Any ideas,
registry keys that may be stuck, etc... Any help would
be greatly appreciated.

Check your EULA - was it an OEM version of FP (tied to a specific machine only)

Then call MS support (installation issues are usually free)
