Issues with SysPrep

Hello Folks,

I have to deploy about 10 new XP PC's. These PC's are from Dell, and already
came installed with the basic OS. Though I did have to complete the Welcome
process or Mini Setup...Not sure what it's called.....

Then, I configured 1 PC for network use and isntalled the necessary apps.
This is going to be the model PC. Then I ran Sysprep and shutdown the PC.

Now when I try to upload an image of this PC, it freezes up. I am not sure
if this connected to running SysPrep...Can anyone please help??

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Microsoft doesn't support that configuration. :-(
