Issues w/ Business Contact Manager

When I installed the Business Contact Manager, it worked
okay for awhile, but after awhile, when i tried to access
the contacts within it, I ended up getting an "array
index out of bounds" error.

Does anyone know what is causing this? I'm trying to
avoid uninstalling and re-installing the contact manager
again, I've already done it three times.
