Hello again,
I am using the Issues template database in Access 2003. It's working really
great, yet I'd like to add more reports to it...I see the Macro that's used,
but I am drawing a blank on how to make the Macro attach itself to the
reports that I'd like to add to the report listing that already came with the
database....any suggestions???

Thanks
Ransom

Hi Ransom,
the trick is to add the reports to the list of reports and don't do anything
at all with the macro.
To add a new report to the list:
When you have the View Reports form open,
--click Edit Report List
--click the add new button - bottom of form, the one with the star
--type the name of the new access report you created
--either double click the report name or click open report

If your issue is that the report won't open, that's different
The post doesn't say exactly what the issue is.
If the report won't open from that list of reports, it won't be anything to
do with that macro, unless you have made changes to the macro.
In the database window go to the reports tab (underneath where it says
Tables, Queries, Forms, reports is the next one)
Double click the new report you created and see if it will open

Goodness!!! I had done that but I didn't type the EXACT name of the report so
it couldn't find it????UGHHHH....thanks SO much!! :)
