My numbered bullets work find up to a point. I am using the formated templete
"Table of Contents (Formal design)" from Microsoft Templetes. The issue that
I am having is when I get to bullet "MM." is does this:

KK. SECTION..........................................................................#
LL. SECTION..........................................................................#
MM.................................................................................................S

ECTION..........................................................................#
NN. SECTION..........................................................................#
OO. SECTION..........................................................................#

I thought it was just extra line but it wont allow me to delete it. I've
never seem/heard of something like this.

The built-in tab stop in the style you're using is set too far to the left
to accommodate the width of two M's. See
