Issue Tracker how do you change it to suit yourself?

I downloaded this database template from microsoft and want to manipulate it
to suit my own requirements. Has anybody got advice?

Try it, and then decide what you want it to do differently. 1. Open in
Design View and 2. figure out where the features are that you want to
change; 3. determine what they are doing now and 4. how you have to change
them to meet your requirements; 5. make the changes; 6. test; repeat from 2.
until done.

As far as I know, the templates have no documentation other than comments
inside them.
