Please can someone help me! I've got a web n walk from t-mobile & i can't
find email address, incoming or outgoing server details on their web site or
anywhere. is there anyone that knows this or could find it for me

I already sent what help I could in response to your last request.
 
If the information is not available on their website, give their customer
service a call. I find T-Mobile's customer service very pleasant and
helpful to talk to. They are one of the few large companies in the US
who haven't outsourced customer service to an overseas country.
