ISP and Internet Exployer

Is there something I can do so that when I connect to the WEB through my ISP that it goes to the Internet Exployer browser by it self instead of me having to go back and click on Internet Exployer to open that browser?
 
Run the network wizard by right clicking on the Internet Explorer icon on
your desktop and select properties. Then click connections and setup.
