Do you know how to open and run image files? Which is software used to run
it? Thanks for help.

Image files like ISO are normally "burned" to CD. Please review the Help
that came with the software that created the ISO file.

No software is used to 'run' and ISO. It is a bit-for-bit copy of a
something, probably a CD.

Choices:

1) Burn to CD or DVD, whatever it is an image of using a real burning
package. Windows XP built-in burning will not do it.

2) Extract the ISO to the HD using a program like WinISO.

3) Mount the image as a drive using Daemon Tools, or Alcohol 120%, and
access it like it was another CD drive.

If you don't have CD burning software (to put the .iso image onto a CD,
DVD, or for whatever media it was setup for), you could use Daemon Tools
to load it using a virtual CD/DVD drive.

personally i find Nero the easiest to use, open nero smartstart, select
removable media (cd/dvd) and copy and backup, bottom right in there is "burn
image to disc" select this and you're away
