ISO .doc template for a facilitator-led training course

I am looking for a template for a facilitator-led training course. Ideally,
the MS Word (.doc) template will have styles, macros, and section heads,
already created so that I can just insert my content.

I know I can build this from scratch. I thought I'd look for a proven model
first. Thank you in advance for your help.
 
What is the template's purpose, simply to provide a course outline? What
would you like the macros to do?

I have created multimedia presentations using PowerPoint and Producer, which
works well. You may want to investigate that route in addition to your Word
document.
