ISError function

Srvc Level: IIf(IsError([Act U Sls]/([Act u Sls]+[Lost U
Sls])),1,[Act U Sls]/([Act u Sls]+[Lost U Sls]))

I am trying to use the ISError Function, This is my
formula. But I am still getting #Error in some of the
results.
 
The results getting #Error, are they evaluating to zero? Thus when Lost U
Sls is added to Act u Sls does it evaluate to 0; thus getting a division by
zero error? Or could one of the fields be classified as Null/empty?
