Isass.exe Error

I installed XP Home Edition onto a friends computer and
everything went perfectly. But no for some reason they get
this Isass.exe Error. When they start up their computer,
it boots up normally but when it gets the Select User
window to log into Windows, the error pops up. I've tried
to load into safe mode but nothing works. I cant remember
what else the error said but it was relating to the
passwords.
