ISACC.EXEsystem error

When I start my computer it gets to the windows xp boot screen and then gives
me this error and message : when tring to update a password this return
status indicates that the value provided as current password is not
correct????? Then it reboots the computer all over again. I word say that it
has a virus but this computer has never been hooked to the internet or used
for anything but playing games on.

Is ISACC.EXE spelled correctly? Never heard of it.
lsass.exe verifies user logon which is what I believe your trying to do,no?
