ISA Server and RPC service problem

Here`s my scenario

Isa server ( with and without SP1 and FP1 ) on a Win2k SP4 Computer, 2 interface

External
IP: 192.168.0.
SM: 255.255.255.
DG: 192.168.0.254 ( point to my router
DNS: 200.4.48.10 ( ISP

Internal

IP: 192.168.0.
SM: 255.255.255.
DG:
DNS: 192.168.0.

The internal is the one who i inted to point my clients t

Without any event RPC Service stops responding and i check on knowledge base with error ID and tells me to apply most recent service pack but it does not works

Any suggestion

Well, the first problem I see is that you have configured the same IP
address on both your Internal and External interfaces. This will not work.
Correct this problem, test and if something still does not work, please post
again with details of the problem and exact error messages.
