Windows Mail cannot access http accounts, like Hotmail (DeltaSync). It can
access the (free) new POP3 servers now available.

The newer Windows Live Mail can access Hotmail (DeltaSync) or POP3.

You can access your Hotmail account via POP3 in Windows Mail. See the
