glad to hear it worked for you.
others have reported problems with it. my self included.
I do not like programs that make changes just because you run them and not ask them to make changes. even ccleaner did not do that.
the author was asked a question when he advertised it as vista compatible. his web site indicated use at own risk as not certified.
when asked about the vista compatibility got a very rude snotty respond like go read the FAQ. I just had that's why I asked.
just running the program on my vista 64 bit system I had to reinstall it. did nothing but look at the options in the free version. asked for nothing to be changed.
and worse of course is the play on ms TweakUI name to trick people into using it.

I reviewed this software and found it excellent and would certainly recommend it to other users. As for it not working properly, it worked fine for me - both the free version and the paid for version.
In what way does the 'author have a bad attitude'?

would highly recommend NOT using tweakvi.
its rip off of the name and function of tweakui.
it does not work properly, have caused many people problems.
nothing really useful in the free version.
to get anything worthwhile, you have to pay.
and the author has a bad attitude.
this has been reported by others than just me.
