Is this even possible?

I'm no access guru, but I've been asked to update a small database that has
one form in it. This form is used for a call centre, and they want me to
create a button that will allow them to create a new "ticket", but with
specific defaults that are different from the regular "add new" that they can
already do? Make sense? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated...
I'm still searching and reading.

Basically right now the form loads and there are default values set for most
of the drop-down choices, etc. The user wants a button put on the screen so
that they can add-new, but have it auto-fill many fields and set the regular
defaults to something different. An example? Today they open a new "ticket"
and one drop down is "True" or "False". By defaut the form is "True", but
they have a lot of cases where it should be "False". This is very much
simplified I know, but it should be able to explain what they want/need.
They even want the "Name" field to be populated as this will be a generic
"ticket" let's say.

Does this clarify anything? I hope so.
