Is this a security hack?

In "Event Viewer" I see lots and lots of logon/logoff
attempts by ANONYMOUS LOGON? These logon's do Not occur
wih each user/admin, logon, is this an unauthorized
logong by a remote computer?

If you are on a network and without a firewall
then anyone can try to log in.
