I am running windows 2003 excahnge server, my clients are running Outlook 2003.

I would like to know if there is anyway to make Outlook display the actual
email address so that I can differentiate between a work email address and a
home email address?

right now Outlook displays the the name of the sender.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Simplest thing is to use a Rule to separate internal from external mails to
a different folder...

thank you David, but I don't want to separate my email to different folders.
All I want is to be able to dysplay the email address of the sender. Example

Ski deals, $200 coupon, more valuesExpedia Travel Deals ==== **this is the
subject

[[email protected]] ==this is what I want to see when I user
within my Global address List sends me a message

What I get right now is this:

lopez, carlos

The display you see in the From line is controlled by the Sender.

how do I fix it from the sender side? or There is a global change that I can
make on the exchange server 2003, so by default it will display the email
address instead displaying only the name?

Thank you..

How can you get all the people who send to yo to abide by your style?

It will display whatever is in the User Name field, I believe.

I have 1,000 users. I just migrated all the email to exchange server 2003 and
veryone in my organization don't like the way is now, I could sent an email
to all the users showing then how to change the settings so they can do it,
or I could make the changes on the exchange server, the problem is that I
don't know where to make the changes....

It has to change in Exchange, since it is the Exchange account that controls
what Outlook will see for that account.
