Is there anyway to delete antiphishing folder?

F:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\antiphishing?

I don't why it is there. Maybe it was copied there somehow.

It belongs to IE7's antiphishing function. You can disable that function in
Internet Options>Advanced or you can ignore the folder. It isn't hurting
anything.

I have this folder on another partition, other than the partition on
which Windows was installed. I don't know how it got copied there.
I just could not delete it now. It is not affecting but I want to
delete it, but is it read only?

A folder cannot be "read only." The files within it can be, but not the
folder itself.

There is something in the folder that cannot be deleted. How do you
delete it?
