I want to list about 80 items in a drop down list on Word. Is there any way
to do this. I want to be ablt to have a final printout that will not show
any box if there is no item selected.

To my knowledge, using the Forms toolbar, you are limited to 25 items in a
drop down box. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

I think you may need to go to a UserForm. This requires intermediate vba
skills IMO. See http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Userforms/CreateAUserForm.htm.
