Is there any way to Archive Events and Tasks older than 6/1/03 in
Outlook XP when the modified date is 8/26/03? I really want to remove
these older items either by archiving or deleting and I don't want to
do it one at a time manually.

Is ther no feature or add on program that will do this?
Thanks in advance!!!

Outlook's autoarchive will use the modified date.

You could use Import and Export from the File menu and Export to a PST file
specifying a filter to use desired property; but then you'd have to manually
delete the items after exporting.

You may also want to check some of the archiving tools found here:

Just to add to what Patrick said -- you really don't have to archive the
items "one at a time" if you decide to do it manually. You can open the
Archive file in your folder list via File | Open | Outlook Data File, then
select a group of items (sort by the appointment date or due date and then
use SHIFT or CTRL when clicking the items -- you know, the usual Windows
multi-select feature) and drag the group to the Archive folders. It may
still be time consuming depending on how many you have, but it will be
faster than one by one, and may be easier on your pocketbook than using a
3rd party tool <g>
