is there any free menu bar?

If i have dropdown list objects just below a menu object, the menu su
level don't display over the dropdown list object! Is there a way t
fix the problem?

is there any free menu bar can solve this prolem

It is a difficult problem to solve, because 'windowed' elements like a
SELECT always paint themselves on top of 'windowless' elements like
most DHTML elements [1].
