Is there any Folder Security in Windows XD ? (As such Password)

I want it to secure folders in my office without using any utility , is there
any Folder Security in Windows XP ? (As such Password) Pls help Me .
 
Please see EFS (encrypted file system) in Windows Help. Be VERY sure to
read and understand about recovery agents and certificates!

Yes. Right-click a folder, select "properties", then the "Security"
tab. You can assign permissions on the folder to individual users.
