B Bernie Deitrick Aug 24, 2009 #2 Marlene, Unprotect the sheet, and you should be able to edit the old sheet to give you the new calendar. The white cells are unlocked, and the green cells are locked. Copy the formatting to the appropriate cells, then re-protect the sheet. HTH, Bernie MS Excel MVP
