Is there a way to view the previous page easily?

I mean a function like "back" in a browser.
If I insert an endnote, I will be sent to the end of the paper, then I have
to roll back to go to the previous page of (main body) the text. If the
paper is long, then it is painful.

In general, Ctrl+PgUp goes to the top of the previous page (unless the
Browse control has been set by using Find, Replace, Goto, or one of
the other browse commands), and the double up-arrow button at the
bottom of the vertical scroll bar does the same.

For endnotes and footnotes, though, all you need to do is double-click
the note number. That will take the cursor to the matching number in
the text, where the cursor was when you inserted the note.

Thanks. It works.
How do I do if I want to cite the same paper at different places?
Say, for reference 5, I want to cite it twice in different places of the
main body.
I don't know how to insert two "5" in the main body. the number is
generated automaticly and always goes to the lagest, say, 12 if the last
endnote is 11.

Instead of inserting a new note, insert a cross-reference to the endnote
number of the existing note.
