Is there a way to set up an e-mail to ensure it never gets forwar.

I want to make sure that some infomation that I feel are for "eyes only"
cannot be forwarded or copied so the information can be sent to another party.
 
Not really. Outlook has a setting for it, but anything that can be displayed
on a recipient's computer can be copied and forwarded, one way or another.
If nothing else, they can take a screen shot (or photograph their monitor!)
and email that.
