Is there a way to get MSIE to save using the file name?

When i save a page it uses the title of the page, which can often be
annoying (such as now) because the pages all have the same name, but the
actual filename of the html file is different.

Ie, is it possible to get MSIE to save the page and not call it "Mary
sue and her little lamb in outer space" and simply space1.htm ?

(And keep all the pictures etc)

1) Click on "File-->Save as..."
2) Name the file what you want it to be. You can add an extension if you
want. Make sure you select "Web page (*.htm, *.html)" in the "File type"
section). If you don't add an extension, IE will add ".htm" on the end of
the file name, so if you want the file to be expressly named "*.html", you
must add the ".html" to the file name yourself.
