is there a way to find repeated items in a long list?

i have a long list of paragraphs and many are duplicates. is there a way to
quickly identify the duplicates?

Have you tried selecting all the paragraphs and from the Table menu, select
Sort? That should put your duplicates together.

yes i have sorted them to put them in alphabetical order, but the list is of
close to 1,400 paragraphs on over 125 pages. each paragraph has the same
format only little bits of the content is different, making it very difficult
to find identical items. i was wondering if there was a way to go through
and have it point the paragraphs out for me to make it easier.

Is there a way to do this or am i out of luck?
