You can right-click an appointment or task and drag it to the Journal...you
will get options for copying or moving when you release the mouse button. A
new journal entry will be created based on the item you dragged and the
option you chose.
Do you know if anyone has created a macro or something in which a calendar
or task item will automatically be posted in the Journal without having to
drag and drop everything in to the journal? I like the layout of the
calendar vs the journal but I like the journal because you can keep track of
your time, call, and tasks in one place and view them together for each day.
I like that capability but wish you could list your tasks like the calendar.
