Is there a way I can run oulook but close all windows...

I need to be able to get my rminders even when outlook is not opened. You
know like the same thing mesanger dose when you get a email or someone sings
in(as long a your singen in). Is there a way a can togle my reminders to do
the same -- nomatter what im donig-or is there a nother program that has this
avible? please help asap! thank you and God bless you!

What version of Outlook?

Help-About would tell you.

If it's 2007, just click on the MICrosoft Outlook icon in the systray (Down
near the clock) while Outlook is running and make sure that Minimize to systray'
is checked.

Then, just minimize outlook.
