Is there a way I can monitor the NEWSGROUPS using MS Outlook not Outlook

Hi All,

I am sure there should be some way,
Is there a way I can monitor the NEWSGROUPS using MS Outlook not Outlook

Can somebody tell me if I am missing anything.
